Virtual Deliverability Manager (VDM) is an advanced AWS service that provides enhanced email deliverability features including engagement tracking, reputation monitoring, and delivery optimization capabilities. Possible values include:

  • ENABLED – VDM is active and providing deliverability insights and optimization features.
  • DISABLED – VDM is inactive and not providing enhanced deliverability features. When enabled, VDM helps improve email deliverability through intelligent delivery optimization, engagement metrics collection, and reputation monitoring across your email sending activities.
