A list of all dedicated IP pools associated with your AWS account in the current region.
This array contains the names of dedicated IP pools that exist in your Amazon SES account. Dedicated IP pools are groups of dedicated IP addresses that you can use for sending specific types of email and managing sender reputation. Each string in the array represents the name of a dedicated IP pool that can be used for organizing dedicated IP addresses, isolating sender reputation, and controlling email delivery patterns for different campaigns or sending scenarios. IP pools include both standard dedicated IP pools (manually managed) and managed dedicated IP pools (automatically scaled and maintained by SES).
