property SendingEnabled: TOptional<Boolean>
Enables or disables your account's ability to send email through Amazon SES.
Set to true to enable email sending capabilities for your account, or false to disable all email sending operations. When disabled, all attempts to send email through Amazon SES will be blocked until sending is re-enabled. This setting affects your entire account in the current AWS region. Note that if AWS has administratively paused your account due to policy violations or other issues, setting this to true will not restore sending capabilities. Contact AWS Support to resolve account-level restrictions.
