	ContentBasedDeduplication	Enable/disable content-based deduplication for FIFO topics.
	DeliveryPolicy	The policy that defines how Amazon SNS retries failed deliveries to HTTP/S endpoints.
	DisplayName	A display name to use for a topic with SMS subscriptions.
	FifoTopic	Set to True to create a FIFO topic.
	KmsMasterKeyId	An ID of an AWS managed Customer Master Key (CMK) or custom CMK for Amazon SNS server-side-encryption.
	Name	A name for the topic you want to create.
	Policy	A policy defining who can access the topic.
	Tags	A list of tags to add to the topic.
